Processing time

Orders are packed and shipped within 1–2 business days. You'll get a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order is on its way.

• FREE shipping on all orders of $40 or more

We currently ship within the United States only.

Warm-weather shipping

We ship year-round. During summer months, chocolate may soften slightly in transit — that's normal, and a short rest in the fridge brings it right back. If your order arrives fully melted, contact us within 14 days with a photo and we'll send a free replacement or full refund. See our Refund Policy for details.
