Who makes King's Chocolate?
King's Chocolate was founded by Cru, a nine-year-old chocolatier. Every treat is made in small batches with his family, and every product is taste-tested and approved by Cru himself.
What kind of chocolate do you use?
We use rich, creamy Belgian chocolate. The Crown Bar comes in four flavors: Belgian Milk, Caramel, Peanut Butter, and Dark Chocolate.
How fast do you ship?
Orders are packed and shipped within 1–2 business days, and you'll get tracking by email. Standard shipping is $5.99, and shipping is FREE on orders of $40 or more. We currently ship within the United States only.
Will my chocolate melt in the mail?
We ship year-round. In summer, chocolate can soften slightly in transit — 20 minutes in the fridge brings it right back. If your order arrives fully melted, contact us within 14 days with a photo and we'll send a free replacement or a full refund.
Do your products contain allergens?
Our products are made in a kitchen that handles milk, soy, peanuts, and tree nuts. If you have a food allergy, please contact us before ordering.
Was King's Chocolate really at New York Fashion Week?
Yes — The Crown Bar, in its signature gold wrapper, is the same bar served at New York Fashion Week.
Can I return my order?
Because our chocolate and treats are perishable, we can't accept returns. But everything is covered by The King's Guarantee: if your order arrives melted, damaged, or wrong, we'll replace it or refund it in full.
